September marks the arrival of international artists, curators, performers and the works of art that will in turn be featured in exhibitions at Portland’s galleries and museums, including: the Portland Art Museum; the newly relocated Museum of Contemporary Craft; Reed College Colley Gallery; Portland Art Center); the Pacific Northwest College of Art; and the Oregon College of Art and Craft. Fall’s anchor art events include the Portland Institute for Contemporary Art’s (PICA)’s Time-Based Art (TBA) Festival, September 6-16, and the AFFAIR @ The Jupiter Hotel, September 14-16.
